Privintelligent conducted an on-site privacy training for a Swiss organisation.

The training included

• Basic understanding of Data Privacy Terminology​
• Data Subject Requests (DSRs)​ and how to handle those
• Data Transfers and what agreements should be in place
• Data Breaches and how to react in case of an incident
• Applicable international data protection laws and relevant requirements
• Creation and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities
• Deep dive into procedures of specific departments, like HR.

The training significantly raised awareness on data protection and security issues. After the training, most team members re-arranged their practices and achieved higher compliance with smart changes.
